The first conversation
Each engagement begins with a conversation.
This is where we discuss the organisation, the desired outcome, where things currently stand, and what is getting in the way.
From there, we work through what would be required to achieve that outcome and how the work could be approached, including how we would work together.
Engagements
An engagement typically begins with developing a clear strategy for achieving the desired outcome.
From there, the focus shifts to readiness, putting in place what is needed for the work to proceed. This may include scoping studies, planning, modelling, and developing the materials, frameworks and processes required.
The engagement is delivered either by undertaking key components of the work directly, or by working alongside organisational staff to guide delivery and build capability.
Where funding is required, the strategy sets out how and when it will be secured. This includes developing cases for support, identifying opportunities, preparing applications, and supporting organisations through the process of raising the funds.
Throughout, the focus is on ensuring that the outcome is realistic, fundable and able to be delivered, with clear measures in place to track progress and success.
Structure & Cost
Following initial discussions, a proposal is developed outlining the scope of work, how it will be delivered, and the associated timeframes and milestones.
The proposal is refined through discussion to ensure it reflects both the work required and how the organisation prefers to operate.
Engagements may be structured as a single piece of work, or as a broader, multi-phase engagement, with milestones set throughout.
Each engagement is costed based on the complexity of the work and the time required to achieve the desired outcome, with payments structured in line with milestones.
Once agreed, work proceeds in line with the proposal.
